Instructors are responsible for all content uploaded or published on the Platform, including:

  • Courses, videos, quizzes, assignments, and resources
  • Certificates and exams

  • AI-generated content
  • Announcements and course landing pages

  • Upload copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Harass students or other instructors

2. Instructor Approval

All instructor accounts are subject to review and approval. The Platform reserves the right to approve or reject applications, suspend instructor accounts, remove low-quality courses, and ban users who violate policies.

Instructor account statuses: pending_review → approved / rejected / suspended / banned

3. Course Approval

Courses may require admin review before publication. Course statuses flow through: draft → pending_review → published / rejected / suspended. The Platform may request changes or remove courses that do not meet quality or policy standards.

4. Content Ownership

Instructors retain ownership of their original content. By publishing on the Platform, instructors grant Kreative Learners Academy and I.T. Kreative Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, market, promote, recommend, distribute, and feature courses on the Platform for the purpose of operating and growing the service.

5. AI Content

AI-assisted educational content is permitted on the Platform. Instructors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, educational quality, copyright compliance, and originality of all AI-generated content they publish. The Platform may remove low-quality, inaccurate, or plagiarized AI-generated content without prior notice.

6. Revenue Share

Kreative Learners Academy operates an 80/20 revenue model:

  • Instructor receives: 80% of net revenue
  • Platform receives: 20% platform commission

Net revenue means revenue after payment processing fees, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks have been deducted. The Platform may offer custom commission rates at its discretion.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe Connect, PayPal, or other supported payment providers. Instructors are responsible for providing valid payout information, maintaining active payout accounts, and reporting all earnings to relevant tax authorities.

The Platform may suspend payouts for fraud, chargebacks, copyright violations, suspicious activity, or policy violations pending investigation.

8. Refunds

Students may request refunds under the Platform's Refund Policy. If refunds are issued, instructor earnings related to the refunded transaction may be reversed or deducted from future payouts. Excessive refund rates may result in account review.

9. Student Privacy

Instructors may only use student information for educational purposes within the Platform. Instructors may not sell student information, export private student data, or contact students outside approved Platform systems without their explicit consent.

10. Live Sessions & Coaching

Instructors offering live coaching or sessions must maintain professionalism, attend all scheduled sessions, respect student privacy, and avoid providing illegal or unlicensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

11. Affiliate Promotion

The Platform operates an Affiliate Program that allows approved affiliates to promote your courses and earn commissions on referred sales. As an instructor, your revenue share is protected under all circumstances:

Your earnings never decrease when an affiliate promotes your course. Whether a sale is regular or affiliate-referred, you always receive 80% of net revenue. Affiliate commissions are funded entirely from the Platform's 20% share.

How It Works

  • Instructor receives: 80% — unchanged regardless of affiliate involvement
  • Platform receives: 20% on regular sales, reduced to 17% on affiliate sales
  • Affiliate receives: 3% on referred sales (funded from the Platform's share)

Optional Campaigns

Instructors may optionally create campaigns that offer higher commission rates for a limited time. Campaigns can be funded by the Platform or by the instructor:

  • Platform-funded campaigns: The additional commission above 3% comes from the Platform's share (instructor share remains 80%)
  • Instructor-funded campaigns: The additional commission above 3% reduces the instructor's share (requires explicit instructor approval)

Instructors can enable or disable affiliate promotion for each course individually, and configure the default commission rate (up to the maximum allowed) in the course settings.

For full details, see the Affiliate Commission Policy and Affiliate Program Agreement.

12. Intellectual Property

Instructors must not upload content they do not own or do not have permission to use. The Platform reserves the right to remove infringing content, respond to DMCA requests, and suspend accounts involved in copyright abuse.

13. No Guaranteed Earnings

Kreative Learners Academy does not guarantee sales, enrollments, rankings, income, or business success to any instructor. Earnings depend on course quality, market demand, marketing efforts, and other factors outside the Platform's control.

14. Account Suspension

The Platform may suspend or terminate instructor accounts for fraud, harassment, copyright violations, security threats, illegal activity, or persistent low-quality content. Account termination may result in loss of access to the Platform, pending earnings, and published courses.

15. Updates to Terms

The Platform may update these Instructor Terms at any time. Instructors may be required to review and re-accept updated terms before regaining access to the instructor dashboard. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
