Affiliate Code of Conduct

The Affiliate Code of Conduct defines the professional and ethical standards required of all affiliates in the Kreative Learners Academy Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to uphold these standards. This Code is part of the Affiliate Program Agreement.

1. Overview

As a Kreative Learners Academy affiliate, you are a representative of the Platform to your audience. Your conduct reflects on the Platform, its instructors, and its students. This Code of Conduct establishes the expectations for professional behavior and the consequences for violations.

2. Respect for Others

Affiliates must demonstrate respect in all interactions:

Affiliates may have access to confidential information including:

• Commission rates and earnings data
• Campaign details and promotional schedules
• Platform analytics and performance metrics
• Instructor and student information
• Internal policies and procedures

You must not disclose, share, or use confidential information for any purpose other than promoting affiliate links through the Platform. This obligation survives termination of your affiliate account.

4. Promote Honestly

Affiliates must promote courses with honesty and integrity:

• Only make claims about courses that are truthful and substantiated
• Do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or income from courses
• Do not create fake reviews, testimonials, or ratings
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions
• Do not use misleading titles, thumbnails, or descriptions

5. Respect Copyright

Affiliates must respect intellectual property rights:

• Do not copy or redistribute course content without authorization
• Do not use course images, videos, or materials outside of approved affiliate marketing materials
• Do not create derivative works from course content without permission
• Use only approved marketing assets provided by instructors or the Platform
• Respond promptly to any DMCA or copyright takedown requests

6. Respect Trademarks

Affiliates must respect the Platform's trademarks and those of others:

• Use "Kreative Learners Academy" branding only as permitted in the Affiliate Agreement
• Do not register domain names containing the Platform's trademarks
• Do not bid on trademarked keywords without written permission
• Do not use instructor names or brands without permission
• Remove all branding immediately upon termination

7. Follow Advertising Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws:

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials
• CAN-SPAM Act for email marketing
• GDPR for EU residents
• CASL for Canadian recipients
• State and local advertising regulations
• Platform-specific advertising policies (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Affiliates must not attempt to manipulate the commission tracking system:

• Do not purchase courses through your own affiliate links (self-referral)
• Do not create fake accounts or purchases to generate commissions
• Do not use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or link injection
• Do not overwrite or interfere with other affiliates' tracking cookies
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the tracking system
• Do not collude with students to split commissions

10. No Fraud

Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent activity:

• Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Do not create fake identities or use false information
• Do not engage in money laundering or financial fraud
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake traffic or clicks
• Do not falsify analytics, reports, or performance data

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all commissions, and potential legal action.

11. Enforcement

The Platform takes violations of this Code of Conduct seriously. Enforcement actions may include:

• Warning: First or minor violations may result in a written warning
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of affiliate account and commission holds
• Termination: Permanent removal from the Affiliate Program
• Forfeiture: Loss of all pending and available commissions
• Legal Action: For fraud, copyright infringement, or other legal violations

Affiliates who witness violations of this Code by other affiliates are encouraged to report them to support@kreativelearnersacademy.com.
